Delisting of KBMR shares and KBM9 bonds

In accordance with the provisions of the Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies, the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules, and the applicable legislation, the Nova KBM Management Board hereby gives the following notice:
 

On 20 December 2013, Nova KBM received a decision of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on the delisting of 323,103,520 KBMR shares, ISIN Code: SI0021104052, and a decision on the delisting of 26,030 KBM9 bonds, ISIN Code: SI0022103046, from the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.


Nova KBM informs the public that it has issued a total of 10,000,000 new ordinary, no-par value shares in book-entry form. These shares, which have the ticker symbol KBMS and ISIN Code SI0021116494, have been entered into the register of book-entry securities kept by the Central Securities Clearing Corporation of Ljubljana (KDD). On 18 December 2013, based on a decision of the Bank of Slovenia on extraordinary measures, the Republic of Slovenia subscribed and paid for all of the 10,000,000 Nova KBM shares, in a total nominal amount of €870,000,000. The increase in share capital of Nova KBM was entered into the court register on the same day.


New shares issued by Nova KBM are not quoted on a regulated capital market.
