At their regular meeting held on 28 February, Supervisory Board members discussed current business issues and were informed of the current operations of the Bank and the OTP banka Group, which are in line with the projection.
Supervisory Board members were also informed of the preliminary unaudited operating results for 2010.
In accordance with the financial calendar, the 2010 unaudited non-consolidated and consolidated financial statements of OTP banka d.d. and the OTP banka Group will be published on 15 March 2011 in the electronic dissemination system of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, SEOnet, and on the Bank's website.
