OTP banka d.d. signed an agreement with UniCredit CAIB Slovenia d.o.o., Dvoržakova 3, 1000 Ljubljana, according to which UniCredit CAIB Slovenia d.o.o. will act as the adviser in the sale of a 50.9963% shareholding of OTP banka d.d. in Zavarovalnica Maribor d.d., Cankarjeva ulica 3, 2507 Maribor. The sale of the Bank's shareholding in Zavarovalnica Maribor d.d. is the result of the ruling made by the June Shareholders' Meeting requiring the Bank's Management Board to undertake activities for the sale of non-core assets of the OTP banka Group. The sale of other OTP banka Group companies is, for the time being, not envisaged; however, the Management Board is examining and analysing the sale of some other assets of the Bank.
This notice will be publicly available from 17 August 2012 for at least five years.
