Following the receipt of all required regulatory approvals, Radu Topliceanu has assumed the position of a Member of the Management Board of OTP banka, responsible for Retail Banking, on 1 July 2026.
Radu Topliceanu joined OTP banka on 2 April 2026, when he assumed the role of Procurator. Since then, he has actively contributed to the management of key development initiatives and quickly became involved in the bank’s strategic processes.
With more than two decades of leadership experience in the global banking sector, Radu brings extensive expertise, particularly in digital transformation, business model development, customer relationship management and sustainable growth. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles in international banking groups and successfully led complex transformation projects.
With his appointment, OTP banka further strengthens the governance of one of its key business segments and reinforces its growth strategy in the Slovenian market. Under his leadership, the bank will continue developing modern, user-friendly solutions and enhancing the overall customer experience across all distribution channels.
