On Friday, August 30, 2024, OTP Bank's branches will operate in following working hours: • open at 8 a.m. (except for those in shopping centers that open according to schedule centers); • they will close at 12 a.m. From Monday 2 September 2024, all branches will resume operating in usual working hours. |
 POST OFFICES |
It will not be possible to provide banking services at post offices on Friday, August 30, 2024, from 12 noon, cash payment of payment orders will be possible until 2 p.m. that day. Operations will not be possible on Saturday, August 31, 2024. |
 DIGITAL CHANNELS |
Web and mobile applications will not be available from Friday, August 30, 2024, from 2 p.m. until Monday, 2nd September 2024. During downtime, it will not be possible to perform any payment services via digital channels, nor internal payment orders and Flik payments. |
 CARDS AND POS TERMINALS |
Making payments with debit and credit cards at physical points of sale will continue without interruptions. IMPORTANT FOR FORMER SKB BANK CUSTOMERS The new OTP card, which customers received in August, will work from August 31, 2024 inclusive. Confirmation of online payments in MOJ@SKB is only possible until Friday, August 30, 2024, at 2 p.m., and will be enabled again in the new mDenarnic@ application: • with the new OTP debit card from August 31, 2024; • with an existing SKB credit card from September 2, 2024. |
 ATMs |
OTP ATMs operation for cash withdrawals will be uninterrupted, except on Saturday, August 31, 2024, between 22.00 and 24.00. Between August 30 and 31, 2024, payment of money orders (UPN) and cash deposits will be disabled. |
 PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS |
The conduction of payment services will be disabled from Friday, 30 August, 2024, from 2 p.m. until Monday, September 2, 2024 until 8 a.m. |
