OTP banka announces that Gvido Jemenšek has stepped down from the Management Board as of September 1, 2025. OTP banka's Supervisory Board would like to express their thanks to Gvido for his important contributions to the Management Board during his tenure. His leadership and commitment have positively impacted our growth and success. We wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
Gvido Jemenšek: "I have had the privilege of working in the banking sector almost 30 years in various positions, from Raiffeisen, Nova KBM, and now OTP banka. After being part of the largest consolidation in the Slovenian banking sector with three mergers, I believe it is the right time to seek new career opportunities. I would like to extend my gratitude to SB and my colleagues at OTP banka for their trust and support, and I wish them all the best in the future”
Management board is committed to ensure a smooth transition. Until further retail stream will be led by CEO András Hámori, who will bring valuable expertise and leadership to the Retail Banking area of the bank.
