27 November 2025
OBVESTILA

The Supervisory Board of OTP banka would like to sincerely thank her for her important contribution during her tenure. Her leadership, professionalism and strong commitment have positively supported the bank’s growth and success, for which we sincerely thank her and wish her continued success on her future path.

Anita Stojčevska: “After three decades in banking and successfully completing the largest consolidation in Slovenia—the merger of SKB banka and Nova KBM—it feels like the right moment to look ahead. I am proud of the achievements made possible through trust, collaboration, and teamwork. Clients have always been at the heart of my work and serving them with integrity has been my greatest privilege. With gratitude and pride, I am ready for new challenges and wish OTP banka and all colleagues continued success.”

The Management Board is fully committed to ensuring a smooth transition. Until further notice, the Corporate Banking area will be led by Sabina Župec Kranjc.

With the successful execution of our 2025–2030 strategy as a key priority, the Supervisory Board will commence the process of identifying a long-term successor for the Corporate Banking area.
