The owner of Nova KBM and its subsidiaries, a vehicle owned by funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. and EBRD, has signed the legally binding Sale and Purchase Agreement with OTP Bank.
At present, this has no impact on clients and Nova KBM continues to operate as usual.
The closing of the transaction is subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals. Transaction closing is expected in 2Q 2022.
