Notice is hereby given that Nova Kreditna banka Maribor d.d. as issuer exercises its option in accordance with § 5(3) (Early Redemption at the Option of the Issuer) of the terms and conditions of the Notes to early redeem the Notes in whole with effect as of 27 January 2024, at 100 per cent. of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes, together with interest accrued to that date (excluding). In accordance with § 4(4)(a) (Payments) of the terms and conditions of the Notes, payment of principal and interest will be made on the next Payment Business Day, 29 January 2024.
Nova Kreditna banka Maribor d.d. has obtained the prior permission of the Single Resolution Board (as Resolution Authority) for the (optional) early redemption of the Notes by Nova Kreditna banka Maribor d.d..
