Nova KBM d.d., as the issuer of KBMR shares, received on 6 May 2013 the P-DEL form (Notice of change in significant shareholdings) from Pošta Slovenije d.o.o., Slomškov trg 10, Maribor (as the shareholder of the Bank), by which it was informed that the stake of Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. in the share capital of and voting rights in Nova KBM d.d. had been reduced to 1.89%.
Prior to the issuance of 98,522,167 new KBMR shares arising from the conversion of the €100 million hybrid loan facility, which was provided to Nova KBM d.d. by the Republic of Slovenia in accordance with the Hybrid Loan Facility Agreement dated 31 December 2012, into Bank equity, Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. held 2,599,192 KBMR shares, which accounted for 6.64% of the voting rights in and share capital of Nova KBM d.d.
Following the issuance of 98,522,167 new KBMR shares arising from the conversion of the €100 million hybrid loan facility, which was provided to Nova KBM d.d. by the Republic of Slovenia in accordance with the Hybrid Loan Facility Agreement dated 31 December 2012, into Bank equity, Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. still holds 2,599,192 KBMR shares, which now accounts for 1.89% of the voting rights in and share capital of Nova KBM d.d.
