LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
When investing in mutual funds, OTP banka d.d. acts as an intermediary. An investment in a mutual fund is not the same as a bank deposit and is not included in the deposit guarantee system. When buying units of a mutual fund, the investor assumes the risk that when they are sold, he will get less than he invested in them.
