President of the Management Board

András Hámori is a business development and result driven executive with deep experience in digital transformation and banking across multiple international markets. Over more than 25 years in the industry, he has built a strong reputation for delivering results, driving innovation, and fostering a high-performance culture, combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership.

Before joining OTP banka, he  was Head of Retail Banking at ING Australia. Prior to that, he held management board and executive positions at ING Austria, Sberbank Europe, ZUNO Bank, Raiffeisen Bank International, and GE Money.

He holds a master’s degree in economics from the Budapest University of Economic Sciences (1999) and brings extensive expertise in driving growth in both developed and emerging markets.
 

Management Board member responsible for Markets and Corporate banking

Master of Economics and Business Sciences Sabina Župec Kranjc, member of the OTP banka Management Board responsible for Markets and Operations since September 2024.

Ms Župec Kranjc has more than 27 years of professional experience in the banking industry. She joined Nova KBM in 2013 as the Executive Director of Financial Markets. In 2014, she became a member of the Nova KBM Management Board responsible for various business lines of the bank. In 2017, she took over the function of CFO and took over the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of Nova KBM, which she held until 22 August 2024. 

She was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank Association of Slovenia between 2015 and November 2024. She also held several other supervisory positions during the course of her career (member of the Supervisory Board of Summit Leasing Slovenija, Chair of the Supervisory Board of Poštna banka, Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Supervisory Board of Abanka). Prior to this, she held the position of Director of Treasury and Deputy Executive Director of Financial Markets in Abanka. She was also the Head of Treasury in Raiffeisen Bank. Her career began in 1998 in the treasury department at Abanka. With many years of experience in the banking system and in leadership positions, she gladly shares her extensive knowledge with colleagues and future generations. She also succeeds in integrating this diversity into a meaningful whole that functions as one.

Management Board Member, responsible for Digital

As of January 14, 2025, Vojko Božiček is a member of the Management Board of OTP banka and Chief Digital Officer (CDO). 

Vojko brings more than 25 years of experience in IT and banking and has a proven track record in driving IT strategy, execution and digital transformation. 

Vojko started his career at HERMES SoftLab d.o.o., where he developed a solid foundation in software development and quality assurance. Over the years, he took on roles of increasing responsibility, including the positions of Director of IT and Head of Data Warehouse Department, which provided him with a comprehensive understanding of both technical and strategic aspects of IT. 

Prior to his nomination as CDO of OTP Banka, Vojko served as Director of IT Execution at Nova KBM from July 2020 and successfully led the IT department through a significant period of technological advancement. Prior to that, he held senior positions at Abanka and Banka Celje, where he played a key role in overseeing IT initiatives and managing complex projects. Since February 2025 he is a member of Supervisory Board of Bankart d.o.o.
