On 25 March 2024, Nova KBM successfully completed the sale of EUR 300 million in 4-year bonds with a call option after 3 years. The transaction attracted a great number of investors, with the order book exceeding EUR 2 billion, which exceeds the subscription by 6.7-times and is the largest subscription among Slovenian financial institutions in history and in the CEE region in recent years.
