The 2011 results of the Bank and the OTP banka Group will be presented at the press conference
tomorrow, Thursday, 1 March 2012, at 9:00 a.m., in the Meeting Room of OTP banka, Ulica Vita Kraigherja 4, Maribor.
At the press conference, you will be also informed of the request sent to the Bank by the Capital Assets Management Agency of the Republic of Slovenia to convene the Shareholders' Meeting. The procedures to convene the Shareholders' Meeting of the Bank as well as the procedures for appointing the new Management Board will be presented too. The press conference will be held by Andrej Plos, current President of the Management Board, and Dušan Jovanovič, Chairman of OTP banka's Supervisory Board.
