Considering the current financial market conditions, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the prospectus, OTP banka has reached a decision not to recall subordinated notes NOVAKR Var 10/49, ISIN XS0325446903 on 12 October 2012. More detailed information concerning the procedures and conditions of the recall will be provided by OTP banka to holders of these subordinated notes and the interested public in accordance with the applicable regulations, taking into account the Bank's commitment to responsible, transparent, and equitable provision of information.
The subordinated notes with a fixed interest rate of 7.02% p.a. were issued on 12 September 2007. The total amount of the issue was €100,000,000, and the notes have no fixed or determinable maturity. Other terms and conditions under which the notes were issued are detailed in the prospectus.
